Easy setup, fair price

Got a Sim Only abonnement from here. Setup was super easy, just popped the Simkaart in my phone. Had 4G internet right away. Prices are decent too.

Good data, easy switch

I switched to the Maandelijks opzegbaar abonnement last month. The Nummerbehoud service worked fine, no issues there. My SIM card arrived in 3 days, which was faster than I thought it would be. The 5G internet has been pretty reliable around Utrecht where I live. I had a quick question about data roaming in the EU and called their support line, got a clear answer right away. Overall, it was a smooth process to move over, and the monthly cost is good for what I get.

Does 50plus Mobiel use the Vodafone network? Wondering about coverage if I switch from KPN.

N Nick 2 months ago

Yep, it's Vodafone. Coverage should be pretty good, probably similar to what you're used to if KPN works well in your area.

R Rachel R. 2 months ago

Can confirm, it's the Vodafone network. I had Vodafone before and switched to 50plus Mobiel and the signal is exactly the same for me.

Hey, thinking about switching to 50plus Mobiel. Is it actually just for people over 50 or can anyone sign up?

M Mia 2 months ago

Nah, it's not strictly enforced. My brother's in his 30s and got a plan there. I think the name is just for marketing.

L Lisa 2 months ago

They say it's for 50+ but anyone can join. They don't actually check your ID for age or anything. It's more about the simpler plans.
